In the Commonwealth of Virginia, the following types of Identification are accepted for notarization of documents: United States passport card, Certificate of United States Citizenship, Certificate of Naturalization, Foreign Passport, State-issued Driver's License, United States green card with photograph, State-issued identification card, and United States military identification card.

For in-person services requiring travel to a client’s requested location, applicable mobile service fees may apply. This supports travel time, mileage, vehicle expenses, and the flexibility of providing professional services at your preferred location.
Remote Online Notary services may include additional fees for secure electronic platforms, identity verification, technology support, and remote appointment management.
Appointments requiring expedited scheduling, after-hours availability, weekends, holidays, urgent document handling, or special accommodations may require additional fees.
Payment is due before service unless prior arrangements have been approved. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, electronic payments, or other approved payment options.
