  • Any additional services, programs, or divisions we may offer in the future

By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing services, enrolling in training, requesting a consultation, or otherwise engaging with any division of Sisters Signature Notary, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with any applicable service policies, fees, and additional agreements provided before services are performed.

Sisters Signature Notary, LLC may establish additional policies, procedures, or service-specific agreements for individual divisions or services. These Terms & Conditions serve as the general governing agreement for all services offered under our company.

Right to Refuse or Decline Services

Sisters Signature Notary, LLC and any of its divisions reserve the right to decline, refuse, or discontinue services when necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, safety requirements, and ethical obligations.

Services may be declined for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information or documentation
  • Failure to provide required identification, verification, or information necessary to complete services
  • Requests outside the scope of services provided by Sisters Signature Notary, LLC
  • Requests that appear to be unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with professional standards
  • Safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, or situations that may compromise the integrity of our services
  • Failure to comply with appointment, payment, or service policies

Client Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment with Sisters Signature Notary, LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to the applicable service fees associated with their requested services. Fees are based on the level of preparation, convenience, professionalism, and support provided.

All services, including notary and apostille facilitation, are provided in accordance with state laws and regulations. We are authorized to perform notarizations within the Commonwealth of Virginia. Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed attorney for legal guidance regarding their documents or circumstances. Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.


Virginia law prohibits Notaries from accepting monies at closings unless the Notary holds a TIP license and is CRESPA certified.  We do not hold an escrow license, nor are we CRESPA certified.
