As a dedicated Food Service Professional, I hold an A.S. in Culinary Arts,  a B.S. in Nutrition, Health and Wellness, and am trained in CACFP. My mission is to motivate and educate organizations seeking to integrate or enhance food service operations within their business practices. I serve a diverse clientele, including entrepreneurs, healthcare communities, and educational institutions, by increasing their core knowledge of how to manage, secure, and exceed profitability as a key driver of sustainable business growth.
